  • Game Taco and WorldWinner recently combined into a new corporate entity backed by Platinum Equity and is now uniquely positioned to grow the company through user acquisitions and partnerships.
  • You will lead a team of Player Experience Representatives with the goal of providing top-notch customer service for our players.
  • You represent the voice of the consumer, embodying the player view, driving a player-first viewpoint for products and services.
  • This is a highly visible, strategic role where youll be making a key impact on the business.
  • Your responsibility spans both Player Services as well as Community development, collaborating with the team to implement strategies to drive player education, engagement, and customer satisfaction designed to drive growth in the player base.
  • You will play an integral role in the revenue life cycle and help strengthen our customer relationships.
  • Desired Skills: 5 years of professional experience managing Customer Service and/or Player Communities in a digital business, with gaming background strongly preferred.
  • Experience interpreting audience engagement analytics and using these to guide communication strategy.
  • Team player who asks questions and takes the initiative to suggest improvements on current processes and systems.
  • Ability to solicit, receive and implement feedback with the goal of relentless improvement.
  • Ideal candidates are passionate about modern communication styles and mediums, connecting the community through online engagement programs, and the ability to identify emerging community platforms.
  • Candidates should have excellent writing and communication skills and the ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities working with multiple teams and studios.
  • Experience in mobile gaming is a plus.
