Senior Manager of Strategic Sales
- The Company’s diverse portfolio of restaurant brands includes Logan’s Roadhouse, Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom, and a collection of restaurant-brewery brands, including Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery and Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant.
- SPB Hospitality also operates a collection of specialty restaurant concepts including ChopHouse & Brewery, Big River Grille & Brewing Works, AIA Ale Works Restaurant & Taproom, Ragtime Tavern Seafood & Grill and Seven Bridges Grille & Brewery.
- The Senior Manager of Strategic Sales manages group sales, local sales programs and offsite catering activities for all brands.
- The Senior Manager of Strategic Sales will work alongside the General Manager and Brand Heads to determine annual Group Sales budgets.
- The Senior Manager of Strategic Sales is responsible for achieving annual budgets and monitoring the Profit and Loss statement for the Group Sales segment for all brands.
- · Formulating the plans and strategies for increasing Group Sales revenue along with events and local restaurant marketing initiatives
- · Creating innovative sales revenue programs with assistance of Senior Director of Sales
- · Managing the performance and activities of the entire Group Sales department
