- This role will offer flexibility for hybrid work schedules (including both in-office presence and telecommute/virtual) to be based in either Dallas, TX or Los Angeles, CA.
- Develop and implement a robust annual employer branding activation plan that is aligned to talent acquisition and business priorities
- Manage global recruitment marketing efforts and partner with talent acquisition and marketing teams to drive recruiting campaigns aimed at increasing career site traffic and applications, growing brand awareness and improving candidate quality; Share best practices and learnings and ensure consistency in branding across activities
