- New Relic is looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist with a bias for action who thrives in a fast paced environment.
- This role will join our HRBP team and act as an advisor to our employees and front line managers on all HR related topics.
- This role will support our General & Administrative (G&A) and Marketing orgs within the United States and report to the Director, HRBP- G&A and Marketing to balance business unit goals with our overall HR deliverables.
- This includes areas such as, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, training & development, policy & process design/implementation, compliance, and other ad hoc HR projects.
- Helps to address and resolve open inquiries (tickets) initiated by employees and managers that require HRBP team input to close.
