We are hiring experienced Closers who are looking for a position that offers no limit earnings and a guaranteed salary. What you'll be doing: You will be working with homeowners all over the country, scheduling qualified appointments for our Senior Energy Consultants to deliver a free solar proposal. There is no experience required! We will provide extensive solar training to be able to be successful in this role Day-to-Day Responsibilities: <ul><li>As a Senior Energy Consultant, you will be conducting consultations with potential customers.</li><li>You will be able to educate potential clients about the benefits of solar while generating interest in renewable energy.</li><li>Working alongside mentors and managers as you continue to improve your skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Increasing knowledge and efficiency with tools such as Salesforce, SalesRabbit, Calendly, and LoanHomi.</li><li>Positively represent Solgen Power internally and externally and proactively maintain customer relations</li></ul> Position Requirements: <ul><li>High level of motivation and a strong work ethic with a coachable attitude.</li><li>We are looking for team players with strong communication skills that have the ability to work independently.</li></ul> Pay: $120,000 -$200,000.00 Supplemental Pay: <ul><li>Bonus pay</li><li>Unlimited Earning Potential</li></ul> Benefits: <ul><li>Medical, Vision, Dental Insurance</li><li>401K</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>PTO</li></ul> Solgen Power is an equal opportunity employer.
