- Handle benefits processing, enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, disability, and accident and death claims
- Oversee maintenance of employee benefits files and maintain group benefits database
- Collaborate with the HRIS, payroll team, and other internal partners to ensure benefits payments, deductions, and contributions are processed timely and accurately
