- ICF is currently seeking a Senior Architectural Historian to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment on complex environmental compliance projects.
- The Senior Architectural Historian will work under the supervision of our cultural resources team leads and job duties will focus on support for CEQA, NEPA, and Section 106 compliance for cultural resource projects in the San Francisco Bay and Sacramento regions.
- Historic Preservation responsibilities, with direction from senior staff, will include historical research for context statements and property histories; conduct historic resources surveys; compose historical contexts; evaluate properties for National and California Register eligibility; and analyze project impacts/effects.
- This position provides a basis from which to grow a career at ICF in accordance with the candidate's strengths and career interests, including historic preservation planning, regulatory compliance, and/or project management.
