- As a Restaurant Brand Food Service Manager you will be entrusted to work with the Multi Unit or Multi Brand General manager to guide your fellow team members in delivering an exceptional guest dining experience, operational excellence to achieve the Brand standards in service and execution, and a working environment that promotes engagement and living the Company values, making EG America the clear choice for our guest's every day needs.
- Partner with the MU/MB General Manager to address team member performance or behavior issues quickly and fairly to keep the team strong.
- With the guidance of the MU/MB General manager, achieve operational excellence, utilizing the Company's operational goals to achieve financial objectives.
- With SMU/MB General Manager Oversight, delegate and direct fellow team members to maintain condition levels up to Company standard.
- Oversee quality control, merchandising, safety programs and other guidelines in place for successful food service operations.
