  • Full Job Description PR at Partners Downtown is seeking a part-time professional and motivated individual for our front desk receptionist position.
  • This position is responsible for delivering exceptional client service while successfully managing this busy salon’s schedule.
  • An ideal candidate would enjoy working with many types of people and provide service with a smile.
  • Front Desk Receptionist Qualifications: Ability to work evenings and some weekends.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
  • A friendly and client-driven attitude.
  • The ability to handle all communications in a courteous and professional way with stylists, clients, and vendors.
  • Knowledge of basic computer programs.
  • Front Desk Receptionist Job Responsibilities: Understand and explain the salon services and provide information to clients.
  • Learn how to correctly book appointments and work with stylists' specific needs.
  • Manage all communication outlets Answer phone calls and return all messages in a timely manner Assist clients in person with scheduling and point of sale retail products Provide exceptional client service This position is the first and the last person, our clients see during their visit.
  • It is important that their experience is pleasant and relaxing.
  • The person in this role will be vital in ensuring this success.
  • The ideal candidate would have a warm professional demeanor.
  • Anticipate the needs of clients and stylists and assist whenever needed.
  • Perform administrative duties in a timely manner Duties include stocking retail shelves, accepting packages, creating/maintaining documents, and keeping the reception/waiting area clean.
  • Work closely with stylists to ensure correctly scheduled appointments and maximum schedule efficiency.
