  • n nPosition Overviewn nThe ideal candidate must possess the ability to manage and motivate a team of Account Executives (AE s) to achieve individual sales quotas within their assigned territory, work with incoming leads, and with channel partners (Salesforce).
  • This sales leader must be able to measure, monitor and hold AE s accountable for their activities and results as well as lead by example.
  • This leader should mentor each AE individually while also building a strong cohesive, collaborative team.
  • This role is responsible for the development of sound territory plans that achieve the pipeline objectives needed to meet and/or exceed bookings targets.
  • This individual has a solutions and/or technology services background (in the Salesforce ecosystem) and feels at home in a fast paced sales environment.
  • n n Responsibilitiesn n Key responsibilities that this role is expected to effectively demonstrate are:n Working with SVP of Sales on forecasting and modeling of territories and quotas.
  • Forecasting and pipeline management across respective team.
  • Daily management of the Account Executive team.
  • Assesses sales activities & forecasts to determine sales progress & required improvements.
  • Recommends & implements improvements to achieve sales goals.
  • Coach salespeople to develop their sales skills including market management, forecasting, prospecting, negotiations, & other necessary skills; while maintaining individual accountability to goals.
  • Maintain/protect 7Summits core values by hiring culturally aligned team members & leading by example.
  • Provides value in complex negotiations & the closing of new business, including appropriate use of Senior Sales & Corporate Executives to maximize results.
  • Work with each AE to develop & implement sales plans to achieve sales quota.
  • Communicates & prioritizes product & business needs from the field to appropriate corporate departments.
  • Identifies & supports opportunities for the training & professional development of department personnel.
  • Provides the sales team an effective sales executive to leverage in the sales cycle.
  • Operates well in a fast paced, dynamic environment without requiring significant supervision.
  • Representing 7Summits at events.
  • Staying abreast of new product offerings from channel partners and incorporating into selling efforts.
  • Develop excellent client relationships and maintain focus on exemplifying company values.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of all opportunities, contacts and account history within our CRM System, Salesforce.
  • n n Skills And Requirementsn n Basic skills and requirements needed to perform in this role are:n 7-10 years experience successfully selling solutions-based technology and service offerings.
  • 3+ years in sales management 3+ years experience selling Salesforce solutions/products Ability to analyze, assess and address prospects needs in the enterprise accounts, while clearly establishing the value of our products and services.
  • Demonstrated successful selling in a consultative/team environment and building new business within existing territory is essential.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic with strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience selling in a remote capacity, utilizing screen share/video technology such as WebEx to articulate the value proposition and solution offerings.
  • Very proficient in PowerPoint for presentation development.
