- The Sales Trainer is responsible for managing the onboarding and continuous training of regional sales managers.
- Provide dedicated support for the development of new RSM hires and the promotion of territory sales managers (TSMs) within the organization, serving as the primary resource for new RSM hires and TSM promotions.
- Participate in the final interview process for RSM candidates to tailor onboarding curriculum based on individual personality and learning styles, while ensuring alignment with program structure.
- Collaborate with sales directors and vice president of global sales to align training initiatives with sales objectives and leadership expectations.
- Liaise with other departments (ie Category Managers, GAT, PD, Marketing) to ensure new hires understand their capabilities and relationships within the organization.
