- The Sales Manager is responsible for the development and performance of all steel sales activities in the assigned market including consulting the sales team, distributing, and controlling prospects, monitoring sales pipelines, managing budgets, and communicating with other departments.
- Assists senior leadership in creating and implementing monthly sales budgets based on the approved forecast.
- Develops specific action plans on idle/inactive inventory through special incentive plans and/or customer promotions.
- Ensures sales order entries within company ERP are consistent within regulated polices to ensure best operational performance and accurate accounting.
- Regularly dialogues with counterparts at other Triple-S Steel facilities to ensure consistent pricing occurs where customers overlap.
