- Dane Street is looking for a highly motivated candidate to join as our Sales Director in the Pacific Northwest in advance of Dane Street’s anticipated L&I approval for handling Workers’ Compensation IMEs in WA towards the end of Q1 2024.
- The Sales Director is in the center of our critical relationships with our clients, our technical team and our operations teams.
- As a member of our team, you will be responsible for generating revenue by identifying and developing new accounts, and growing existing national and local accounts in the Workers’ Compensation (including Washington L&I and self-insured accounts), Auto and Liability market segments.
- Special Skills and Attributes: Business Development mindset Presentation Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must Excellent Communication Skills (both internal and external) Closing Skills Motivation For Sales Sales Planning Prospecting Skills Strong Follow-Up Ability to Meet Sales Goals EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS: 4-year College degree (BA/BS) JOB RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred.
