In this role, you will ensure the quality of care for our residents by: Coordinate the process of completing state-required assessments that determine payments from Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care by performing ongoing compliance related to Skilled Nursing Services. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation to comply with state and federal regulations. Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitoring resident progress and adjusting care plans as needed. Providing education and support to staff on assessment processes and regulations. To be successful, you will need: A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania. At least 2 years of experience in long-term care nursing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to use the computer system to enter assessments and create care plans. A commitment to quality care and resident-centered practices. What makes Redstone unique?
