Job Description \nMemorial Hospital in Temple, TX, part of Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a full time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our amazing Level One Emergency Department.   \nBaylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital is a 636-bed specialty care teaching hospital and the only Level 1 Trauma Center between Dallas and Austin. \n Schedule: Full Time - Mid Shift  \n11a-11p OR 3p-3a    36 hours per week\n Unit Summary\nBusy ER in level One Trauma Hospital -Certified Chest Pain and Stroke Center\nOur Registered Nurse (RN) staff are proficient in Stroke and STEMI activations and established care guidelines\nThis is a fast-paced ER environment whose success is dependent on teamwork. We have 50 exam rooms and 6 trauma bays \nRNs work closely with ED Providers, Social Workers, Registration, etc. because we are truly in it together!\nThe Emergency department primarily cares for adult populations, but we do care for pediatric patients as needed.\nRegistered Nurses (RN) can be involved in Improvement projects, Shared Governance, department committees and councils.
