- Research Specialist A/B (Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine)
- The primary responsibilities of this position are 1) the maintenance and operation of a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry system, and 2) its application to targeted and untargeted metabolomics and lipidomics of varied sample types derived from both ex vivo engineered T cell manufacturing processes as well as patients enrolled in early phase clinical trials of engineered T cell therapies such as chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells.
- In addition to the above duties - Will require the application of data analysis tools such as Agilent MassHunter Profinder for metabolomic feature extraction and training of other staff in sample preparation and analysis.
- Research Specialist A - A Bachelor's Degree and 0 to 1 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
