Job Description Report ProcessorPay: $24-$32/hourStart Date: January 2Contract Length: 4 -6 Months (contract to hire possibility)Location: Fully Remote, West coast hoursNumber of Openings: 5Our large Public Accounting Client is seeking report processors for their Report Processing Center of Excellence. These positions are contract roles with the option to convert to full-time employees. Applicants must specify 1st or 2nd shift (hours below)1st shift (8:30 - 5:30 EST)MUST be EST/CST based2nd shift (12 - 9pm EST)MUST be MST/PST basedResponsibilities of the Report Processor: Proofing, editing, and formatting audit and attest reports for various types of clientsFormatting audit reports to conform with regulatory and firm standardsAuthoring of various sections of the audit reportReviewing and proofing of audit reportsParticipating in a robust quality control process to ensure the accuracy of audit reportsDocument Processing including:Prepare audit reports, including formatting, checking data, and printing and bindingCopy edit audit reports for spelling, grammar, punctuation and tenseCollaborate with audit teams to produce customizations and unique modifications to audit reportsEnsure audit documents are of high quality, meet consistency standards, and are error freeRequirements for the Report Processor:Associates degree preferred2+ years of relevant experienceAbility to handle multiple tasks, work in a team, and handle confidential informationHighly attentive to detail and organizedProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and AdobeBusiness Application experience in a large organization settingProfessional services report processing or admin experience a plusFortune 500 company report processing or admin experience a plusMOS Certification a plus#PCFA #LI-REMOTE
