We have both day and night positions as well as a weekend track. Registered Nurse Position Summary:The RN is responsible for the accurate reconciliation of medications for the admitted patient. Working under the supervision of the Director of Nursing Resources this position works collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to communicate any discrepancies in the patient’s medication history.
