- Under close, ongoing direct supervision of a BCaBA, BCBA or BCBD, the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT II) at the Emory Autism Center (EAC) is responsible for the direct day-to-day implementation of individual and or group behavior-analytic programs for children and or adults with and without autism spectrum disorder (ASD), dependent on program placement.
- The RBT II may assist the BCaBA, BCBA, or BCBD with training other staff or trainees on implementation of ABA procedures.
- Duties will include activity set-up, direct care and instruction to group and/or individuals with and without ASD, dependent on program placement, using evidence-based procedures and teaching strategies, collecting and graphing data, and writing session notes.
- The RBT II may assist the BCBA or BCBD with family training, behavioral assessments, and documentation of client progress.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, behavioral science, or related field AND Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
