REGIONAL PROPERTY MANAGER
- Property Management Company currently recruiting for an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee and affordable residential portfolio and several on-site management teams in San Bernardino County.
- Industry certifications, such as CCRM, a plus
- Evaluates ongoing leasing office operations to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines
- Collaborates with Compliance Dept to ensure compliance with affordable programs as well as possess an understanding of a range of Affordable Housing Programs; including Bond, Tax Credit, Project-based Vouchers.
- Meets with associates or residents to address conflicts and mediate disputes
- Must have ability to train, mentor and supervise on-site teams as well as lead staff meetings.
- Monitors apartment turnover to ensure vacancies are filled as quickly as possible
- Works with Human Resources Department on staffing needs and employee relations
