  • Minimum requirement is having a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience in Records Management and related software (e.
  • G., Laserfiche), scanners, Xerox copiers, Microfiche, Microfilm equipment, ticketing systems and service requests preferred.
  • Duties and responsibilities:?
  • Monitors and maintains the imaging and scanning systems.
  • Prepares documents for scanning, indexing, archival and quality control.
  • Maintains document repositories confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
  • Performs regular security audit of document repositories.
  • Implements and maintains records classification and retention policies.
  • Acquire management approval and process requests for records from staff and other stakeholders.
  • Processes record request from Microfilm and Microfiche systems.
  • Ability to accept directions and developmental guidance from supervisor.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance is required.
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by ManagementStable company with room for growth.
  • Hours are 8:30am to 5pm.
  • Start date is October 1, 2021.
