- Vaco is assisting a client in the search of a Real Estate Paralegal.
- Duties are as follows: review of contracts, preparation of critical dates, leases, titles, plats and surveys; preparation of closing documents, objection letters, utility easements, development and escrow agreements, and any other legal documents that may be required of the transaction, due diligence, engineering process, and/or requested by Corporate Counsel.
- In addition, the Real Estate Paralegal may be called upon to preliminarily review post-closing documents required to complete platting, permitting, remodeling projects, and finance initiatives before final review by Corporate Counsel.
- The position requires the Real Estate Paralegal to maintain and keep up to date various reports dealing with critical dates and deadlines which are used by the Real Estate and Engineering Departments to manage permitting deadlines.
- The Real Estate Paralegal is required to participate in team meetings to discuss the status of assigned projects.
