- KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Partners with Senior Instructional Designers to design, develop, and produce sound learning solutions including assisting with needs assessment and participating in program design, development, implementation and evaluation.
- Collaborates with key field and corporate staff to identify system training requirements, performance expectations and desired skill/knowledge outcomes by consulting with internal customers and business partners regarding learning and development issues, conducting assessment and analysis to identify new development needs, and evaluating current materials for effectiveness and efficiency.
- Researches, designs, and develops training and development courses and other performance enhancement tools for employees and organization members including classroom lectures, online courses, and self-study sessions.
- Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Behavioral Sciences, or Industrial/Organizational PsychologyMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in instructional design/project management designing and developing course materials and Computer or Web-based training in a large corporate environment.
- In-depth experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign required.
