You’ll get to: <ul><li>Forecast, plan, and schedule purchased materials for our manufacturing plant. </li><li>Plan and maintain accurate inventory levels and control to assure 100% customer service levels while minimizing the corporation's financial exposure. </li><li>Analyze inventory and resolve discrepancies. </li><li>Quote, purchase, and order raw materials, components, assemblies, tooling, and equipment. </li><li>Interact with suppliers and cross-functional in-house teams. </li><li>Negotiate prices for one-time purchases as well as strategic price agreements. </li><li>Release purchase orders and establish contracts in accordance with corporate policies. </li><li>Ensure on-time delivery of purchases as well as timely and accurate purchase order maintenance. </li><li>Evaluate relevant commodities and identify areas for supplier development, supplier de-sourcing, and supplier additions. </li><li>Project manage the supplier launch process. </li><li>Manage the steps and activities of the Supplier Performance Management Program (including but not limited to calculating scorecards, liaison meetings, audits, surveys, and overall improvement activities). </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
