Role DescriptionThis is a contract role for a Psychotherapist in Private Practice at Mindful Essence Therapeutic Services, LLC. As a Psychotherapist, you will provide therapeutic services to clients, including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating individual or group therapy sessions. This role is located in Philadelphia, PA, with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications<ul><li>Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field</li><li>Licensed as Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania (LSW or LCSW)</li><li>Experience working in a private practice setting</li><li>Strong knowledge of various therapy modalities and approaches</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients</li><li>Open to working some evenings and weekends. </li></ul> Free supervision offered for LSWs. Opportunity to grow as lead clinician and increase in pay after a year. Women clinician preferred.
