  • Mede Analytics is looking for a Provider Marketing Manager to support the strategic business goals of the Provider division.
  • This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans and working closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing to develop and execute those plans for MedeAnalytics' Provider business.
  • This role is the subject matter expert (SME) on the marketing team responsible for supporting innovation, sales pipeline and customer engagements for the provider market space, from an inbound and outbound marketing perspective.
  • Deliver strategic insights into the Provider market and evolving customer needs as a subject matter expert (SME) to guide innovation and go-to-market (GTM) strategy, planning and execution
  • Deliver compelling outside-in value-based positioning and messaging for buyer and influencer personas, aligned with current trends and their critical solutions needs
  • Collaborate with Lighthouse customer references to deliver compelling voice-of the customer (VOC) enabled campaigns, case studies and testimonials to enable Sales and Marketing
  • Craft Marketing Requirements Documents (MRDs) from an outside-in perspective as inputs to Product Management on innovative new solutions for payers or upgrades to existing solutions
  • Support marketing campaigns targeting buyers and influencers to meaningfully engage with them and augment the sales pipeline
  • Craft and orchestrate the Marketing Plan for Providers from a strategy, planning and execution perspective with oversight from the marketing leadership
  • Support sales and marketing from an Account-based-Marketing (ABM) perspective to drive qualified payer accounts into the sales pipeline
  • Craft content assets for the payer market including Customer Success Stories, Testimonials and Case Studies, Solution Briefs, Value Calculators, and Product Data Sheets
  • Craft messaging to support Provider focused marketing and ABM campaigns
  • 5+ years Product and Customer Marketing experience at a Healthcare Provider or Healthcare Provider focused Enterprise Software Solutions Company
  • 3+ years Marketing experience in Healthcare Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Information Technology (IT)
  • 3+ years field marketing / demand generation experience supporting campaigns for sales pipeline
  • 3+ years of experience delivering high value customer success and marketing assets to support innovation and sales
  • Pragmatic Marketing certification for Product Marketing
  • Positioning and Messaging Certification from Corporate Visions or similar
  • Demonstrated experience and success with digital and account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Demonstrated experience and success working directly with Sales teams
  • Experience working with Sales and Marketing Automation Platforms like Sales Force, Pardot and Tableau
  • Strong project management, relationship management, and negotiation skills required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required; MBA or Graduate degree preferred
  • Travel required: approximately 10-20%
