Contract Duration: 6-Months Required Skills & Experience <ul><li> Bachelor s degree or relevant experience (advanced degree preferred). </li><li> Requires strong Healthcare Payer experience. </li><li> Strongly preferred certifications: PMP and Agile. </li><li> 10-15 years of project management experience. </li><li> Minimum 2 years experience in process management. </li><li> Minimum 2 years experience in health insurance operations (if PMP certified) or 4 years (if not). </li><li> Experience with CQI, TQM, PDCA, PMBOK, or other formal improvement techniques. </li><li> Proven track record of meeting project deadlines with successful outcomes. </li><li> Ability to thrive in a matrix-management, hands-on environment. </li><li> Strong negotiating, influencing, and advocacy skills. </li><li> Outstanding communication and relationship management skills. </li></ul>What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities <ul><li> Drive successful execution of large-scale, cross-functional projects. </li><li> Mitigate organizational risk and maximize strategic opportunities. </li><li> Report to the Director of the Corporate Program Management Office (CPMO). </li><li> Manage all phases of project lifecycle for complex, high-risk projects. </li><li> Implement project management tools and methodologies. </li><li> Evaluate cost and feasibility of multiple options to resolve project issues. </li><li> Manage project budgets. </li><li> Organize teams across business and technology. </li><li> Develop relationships and navigate political issues. </li><li> Perform strategic analysis and risk mitigation. </li><li> Proactively identify conflict and integration issues. </li><li> Remove obstacles by anticipating challenges. </li></ul>Posted By: Haithem Ibrahim
