- The Project Executive is responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination and successful completion of construction projects to meet time and cost objectives with respect to preconstruction, contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, subcontracting and contract administration functions while developing, mentoring and providing overall leadership to the project teams.
- Oversee and ensure (and perform, if required) proper development of DAVIS Bid and / or GMP Package to include proper development of trade scopes, solicit and review subcontractor and material supplier bids, comprehensive project schedule and any necessary bid clarifications
- Assist with the negotiation of prime / AIA terms and conditions with the guidance and mentoring from Vice President or Senior Vice President
- Actively monitoring the monthly project owner and subcontractor invoicing process; take action as needed
- Responsible for Senior Project Manager duties, as required to provide back up to office staff when key personnel are absent
