  • As a Program Manager for Community Living, you will oversee all aspects of 1 to 3 Community Living homes, ensuring quality support for the individuals in services and provide supportive management for the employees you supervise.
  • You'll work with individuals to develop the tools they need to complete short and long-term goals, aid in community integration and oversee the direct care staff assigned to your locations.
  • Ideal candidates for this position will have experience in the field of ID/DD and management experience.
  • A Bachelors Degree in a related field is a plus!
  • All candidates should be rather flexible with their availability as this position will require days, evenings and occasional weekend hours.
  • This position will consist of both in-office management duties, as well as direct care support when needed.
