  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working with customers in tech - Management Consulting, Business Development, or Sales.
  • Experience managing customer-facing projects/programs.
  • Experience with online advertising policy, risk management, compliance, policy enforcement, or related field.
  • Ad tech experience working at an agency/trading desk/publisher and using AdManager and/or DV360.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment and manage changing product sets and client needs.
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills, with ability to proactively anticipate issues and develop solutions.

  • You will consult publishers in different settings on ads, policy, and trust and safety.
  • You will also build and leverage your solid understanding of customer needs across industries (news, apps, channel partners etc.)
  • Google’s product offerings, and trends.
  • You’ll be part of a larger cross-functional team to help ensure we bring clarity and education to our partners, helping sustain and grow their businesses and shaping Google’s long-term policy strategy.
  • Google helps our partners find better ways to reach their audiences and manage their digital businesses.
  • In return, our partners provide great content for our products, and they syndicate Google products to enhance their sites and apps.
  • Global Partnerships team members expand and support these relationships by continually finding new opportunities and solving technical problems for our partners.
  • The wider Global Partnerships team includes a variety of different organizations, including CorpDev, Emerging Business Development, Strategy and Operations, Google for Startups, Area 120 and our Display Advertising Business.
  • Build expertise in most common causes of advertising flagged business, support Account Managers with customer consultations and escalations, and collaborate with Google’s Policy and Trust and Safety teams to provide guidance, recommendations, and transparency on policy issues that put ads business at risk.
  • Conduct analysis and lead sales initiatives to help accelerate recovery from flagged advertising revenue and execute programs that proactively mitigate common causes, and collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to develop client-facing collateral and resources.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders to optimize engagement models and sales workflows.
  • Engage in customer education through webinars and develop scaled internal and external trainings on large issue areas.
  • Work closely with sales and customers to gain in-depth knowledge of clients’ needs, gather feedback for product and policy teams, identify new opportunities, and refine programs accordingly.
