- The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc. is seeking one (1) exceptional, highly motivated, detail-oriented Contract Specialist to be assigned to the team responsible for all agency non-competitive procurements in the Office of the Agency Chief Contracting Officer.
- The Finance Division at DOHMH has central responsibility and authority for all the finance, contracting, procurement, payroll, and revenue functions of the agency.
- Finance helps to ensure that programs and operations have the information, analysis, funding, and capacity to deliver critical services effectively and meet DOHMH's public health and racial equity objectives.
- Finance is organized into five bureaus, each led by an Assistant Commissioner: Bureau of the Agency Chief Contracting Officer; Bureau of Budget; Bureau of the Controller; Bureau of Finance Administration and Planning; and Bureau of Revenue.
- A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's Department of Education or a recognized accrediting organization and four years of full-time, satisfactory professional, technical, or administrative experience in one or more of the following fields: purchasing, procurement, evaluation, contract negotiation/management, fiscal/financial management, or project management; or
