  • As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work as a true business partner charged with finding and attracting top talent to fill important roles across PowerFlex Solar, LLC. You will partner with business leadership and Human Resources to design, build, and execute strategic sourcing and recruiting plans to help drive adoption of best practices and continue to build efficiencies with an eye towards scale.
  • Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment activities, reviewing skill set needs with hiring managers, advertising for open positions, sourcing/screening, conducting phone screens, interviewing applicants obtaining approvals, negotiating employment offers and facilitating the new-hire process.
  • Work directly with other members of the Human Resources team on special projects as needed.
  • Act as a partner, consultant, and advisor with business leadership by developing, driving, and executing strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market
  • Drive top of the funnel activity including sourcing, screening, selection, interviewing, evaluating, and offer negotiating processes, including administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting
  • Drive efficiencies in the process and build and maintain passive talent pipeline through proactive market research
  • Foster culture by ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience through transparent communication and timely feedback
  • Track metrics and leverage data to drive team performance and improve overall recruiting efficiency
  • Promote an environment of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continued learning where the status quo is questioned and ideas for improvement are championed and continually explored
  • Lead strategic discovery sessions with Hiring Managers to build overall understanding of position requirements, department goals, and organization business plan.
  • Provide high-touch candidate care, including disposition of and engaging with candidates as appropriate and in a manner that fosters transparency, simplicity, and respect.
  • Build a strong professional pipeline with a focus on our industry
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Powerflex leaders, vendors, community organizations, educational institutions and diverse professional organizations to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility
  • Utilize a variety of resources to source candidates: job boards, cold calling, creative online searches, social media, internal job posting site, and employee referral program
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
  • 7+ years of recruiting experience with proven success delivering innovative sourcing and recruiting methods
  • Experience attracting and negotiating with top talent using creative methods to engage and close candidates in a competitive job market.
  • At least four years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
  • SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
  • Ability to diagnose and coach teams through ups and downs of recruiting cycles and continue to motivate your team within a hyper-growth environment
  • Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  • Familiarity and comfort with a data driven environment.
  • Ability to use metrics to guide decision-making and drive recruiting strategy
  • Partnership skills, action-oriented mind-set, and an ability to be responsive, tactful, and diplomatic
  • Excellent communication, organizational, time management, interpersonal skills, and knowledge of behavioral-based interview techniques
  • Demonstrated experience using creative sourcing methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • High level expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, especially with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Knowledgeable in various employment laws including those of EEO and AA guidelines.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
