- The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients to rehabilitate and restore function and lessen/prevent disability and symptoms/pain.
- The Physical Therapist will individually evaluate, then develop, implement, and re-assess patient specific treatment plans in accordance with established principles and best practices of physical therapy.
- Communicates with key stakeholders (i.e.: internal staff, patient’s physician, and/or patient’s family or caregiver) as appropriate, while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- Follows established policies, procedures, objectives, as well as safety, environmental, accessibility, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
- Participates in ongoing continuing education (including continuing education courses, self-study, review of literature, peer discussions, etc).
