- The Personal Trainer utilizes their exceptional skills in assessment and exercise programming along with knowledge of exercise science to help guide member clients through one-on-one sessions that are suited to their individual physical capabilities.
- Contributes production and member client engagement which drives department financial success and continual improvement of the quality of Woodside Training services
- Updates online schedule daily with schedule availability, booked Ortho-Kinetics Assessments, PT sessions, Continuing Education hours, one-on-one meetings and when applicable Small Group Training Sessions, Boot camps and any other training camps; generally, availability will be due for the following week (Monday - Sunday) by no later Thursday at 9:00pm of the current week
- Utilizes all digital record keeping, processes and procedures as outlined by Training Manager
- Personal training and program design experience and minimum of one group fitness certification from nationally recognized fitness organization (e.g., AFAA, ACSM, ACE, NCSA) is required
