- The University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital is seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist (PA/ARNP) to provide medical care and management for children with cancer and blood disorders, including recipients of bone marrow transplantation and cellular therapies, on the University of Iowa Dance Marathon 11th floor of UI Stead Family Children’s Hospital.
- Duties to include: Provision of Medical Care; Collaboration with Care Team under Direction and Supervision of Attending Physician: Facilitate transition of care for new admissions and between services as required by patient care needs (Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, Surgery, Pathology, Radiology, etc.)
- The department intends to hire for one position from either Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Hospitalist, or Pediatric Physician Assistant Hospitalist, based on the qualifications of the successful candidate.
