Person must be bilingual (Spanish). Duties include answering and transferring phone calls to employees, greeting visitors when they arrive for meetings with staff. Receptionist must also make appointments for staff including administrative duties. . This position is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while successfully managing the firm’s busy phones. Part time with opportunity for full time. Monday-Wednesday 10:00am to 6pm.
