  • Qualified applicants will be enthusiastic, cooperative and fit well in a small office environment where tasks are multi-faceted and varied and personnel contribute to the operation as needs arise.
  • A paralegal certification and/or a college degree in a business, finance, or science-related field is required.
  • Experience in a small engineering office or law firm is highly desired.
  • Good computer skills with essential Office software are required and experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
  • A clean background check and solid references are a must.
