- The Operation Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations including facilitation of internal communication between field staff and management, outside agency interface, meeting the objectives of contractual agreements, equipment and supply maintenance, as well as other operational support functions as assigned by the Sr Operations Manager and State Director of Operations.
- Ensures PCRs and other field paperwork is 100% reconciled daily in conjunction with Billing Department (KPI - all Transport Records Complete within 48 hours from DOS)
- Ensures adequate levels of equipment and medical supplies for field units based on approved Deployment Schedules (coordinates with Central Supply and Fleet Management regarding replenishment and stocking activities)
- Ensures maintenance of quality field operations through daily contact, oversight, communication, and evaluation (KPIs - Overtime Hours, UHU, Lost Hours, Deployed Schedule, SOP compliance [ie, Check-offs, Ambulance and base cleanliness], Clinical exceptions)
- Promptly investigates incidents involving assigned units or personnel, including, filing of internal and external reports, communications with next level leader and clinical leader (KPI - Completeness of Incident File)
