- Downtown Streets Team is fighting homelessness through the dignity of work and the power of community.
- The Operations Manager reports to the (Senior) Director of Programs or Executive Director and is responsible for the successful management and operation of all regional Streets Team Enterprises programs, including 3+ direct reporting staff which are local to specific programs.
- Through utilization of DST's Performance Management Tool, this position will perform competency reviews for direct reports and produce meaningful development plans to be used while coaching for growth and improvement
- Maintain inventory system and/or routine maintenance of programmatic equipment, company assets, uniforms, and more; find cost-effective products or partnerships to manage the purchasing of STE's program supplies and maintenance costs
- Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and scientific method
