  • We are currently searching for an exceptional, high-potential Business Operations Leader who will be accountable for improving the overall operational effectiveness of the organization.
  • Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with leaders from across the business, you will develop and oversee programs to support the 81qd's strategic direction, as well as ensure that best practices are implemented across the team.
  • In order to be successful in this role, the candidate needs to have prior experience in program management and business operations.
  • Lead business operations to define, prioritize, and address our highest-leverage opportunities and initiatives
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives as a member of the 81qd leadership team
  • Develop evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage company-level risks and issues that arise over the course of a program life cycle, as well as take measures to correct them when they occur
  • Ensure that milestones are met across a portfolio of projects and programs, including those related to new solution development, client project delivery, and operational reporting
  • Provide best practices and guidance to stakeholders who are responsible for specific projects and programs
  • Ensure deliverables are aligned across the projects and programs
  • Organize activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
  • Work with teams to develop budgets and operating plans for programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations research, or related field
  • Broad knowledge of project and program management methodologies
  • In-depth experience as a manager of large and complex projects
  • Excellent understanding of multi-functional business operations
  • Healthcare / Biopharmaceutical experience preferred but not required
  • Experience with specific project and program management tools
  • Ability to work with a wide range of individuals
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with appropriate experience
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
