- The team accomplishes this by leveraging and promoting the use of AI and automation (e.g., Microsoft Co-Pilot and Power Platform), continuous improvement and project management approaches (e.g., Agile and Lean), and a suite of business productivity tools (with Microsoft 365 as the foundation) to ensure staff have access to the information, tools, and facilities they need to deliver on their work.
- This position provides a unique opportunity to be exposed to, work on, and take leadership over a wide variety of operations functions at a leading international NGO. Candidates are not expected to have deep knowledge and experience in all of the areas listed below; an ideal candidate has the ability and passion to quickly and independently learn new skills and technology and to teach these new skills and technology to colleagues.
- Help lead the implementation of a common organizational approach to Pacts core productivity tools of Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Planner, SharePoint, and Mosaic, providing training to staff and monitoring and use
- Experience working with or interest in learning project management approaches (e.g., Agile) and/or continuous improvement approaches (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to document, review, and improve organizational policies, processes, and systems
