  • We are seeking an Office / Scheduling Coordinate (with Window and Door experience) to join our team.
  • We specialize in the repair and installation of windows and doors.
  • You will perform many administrative duties in order to drive the company success from helping with estimating/quoting to speaking with customers.
  • Plan and schedule installation and estimating appointments
  • Keep project board up-to-date
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Follow-up with potential customers
  • Preparing correspondences and other formal documents
  • Assist with quoting and estimate using Excel and Word
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
  • Must have extreme knowledge in Microsoft Office, PDF, Photoshop, etc
  • Pleasant phone voice
  • Knowledge of the window and door industry a PLUS (or specialty construction)
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills (A MUST)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced office and take direction well
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
