- This role provides direct support to senior leadership and associates as needed.
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including Principals, Directors, and Managers, as well as general staff as needed.
- Perform general office/clerical duties such as filing, data entry, copying, scanning, formatting documents, etc.
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, email correspondences, creating reports, drafting forms/documents, etc.
- Assist the Director of Operations by reviewing and tracking project timelines, managing payroll, performing strategic planning tasks, and providing individual & corporate licensing.
