- The support engineer role is part of a global team that assists in providing 5x24 infrastructure administration, technology support and operations for Client's on-premise provisioning and lifecycle management solution (Nutanix CALM).
- The support engineer is responsible for performing the following support activities and functions:Primary support contact for triaging platform, system provisioning and application automation and orchestration issues and problems.
- Management of team's ServiceNow queue, including Change, Incident and Service Request ticket processing, reporting and resolution activities.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, compute, network, storage and virtualization technologies legacy and hyper-converged environments.
- Strong understanding and experience in working with virtualized data-centre technologies and appliances VMware, Nutanix, vCenter, Prism, VxRail, etc.
