New Business Development Manager Americas, Sports Nutrition and Cereal Applications, Plant-Based Platform Location: Plainsboro, NJ Hybrid We are looking for our New Business Development Manager Americas, Sports Nutrition and Cereal Applications, Plant-Based Platform. This position will drive the business development of Plant-based offerings in plant-based drinks & snacks, sports nutrition, baking, confectionary and healthy sweet goods. You will achieve this through close interaction with dsm-firmenich sales teams in Taste, Texture and Health (TTH) as well as with Applications team and Proteins house. Key responsibilities <ul><li>Develop & implement sales plan and 'go to market' strategy for North America and Latin America; establish and execute regional commercial plans, including forecast</li><li>Identify market opportunities, evaluate their potential and translate into sales plan, both strategically and tactically.</li><li>Evaluate competitors' products in all aspects of technical and commercial position and develop commercial differentiation strategy</li><li>Develop commercial contacts and build relationships with targeted customers jointly with dsm-firmenich sales teams.</li><li>Implement development plans with key customers in close alignment with dsm-firmenich sales teams.</li><li>Responsibility for regional market intelligence and incorporate benchmarking and competitive profiling in business development plans</li></ul> This position is eligible for the dsm-firmenich Hybrid Working Model, spending 2-3 days per week in the Plainsboro, NJ office and the balance of the week in a home office that is commutable via car to Plainsboro.
