- Provide engineering/technical support for concept studies; feasibility studies; preliminary design activities; contract design activities; detail design and construction activities; independent design reviews; In-service ship design and engineering activities; shipboard installation support; and special studies related to ships/boats/craft, ship systems and/or shipboard equipment.
- Conduct reliability, maintainability, availability, transportability, hazard, environmental, occupational health, safety, risk analyses, and other system engineering analyses.
- The Contractor shall perform research and work along with USCG, ABS, and other key stakeholders, such as, the Military Sealift Command (MSC).
- Bachelors of Science in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or Transportation
- Experience with engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Rhino 3D, and SOLIDWORKS.
