- JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for sales support to the National Sales Representatives and national team activities.
- Uses independent judgment to resolve matters of significance within national sales team, while providing sales and administrative support.
- Point of contact for all National RFPs coordinating activities associated with these RFPs, to include interaction with local markets to assist with processing of RFP responses.
- Fields phone and e-mail requests from Advertising Agencies as well as other media buying groups as well as members of the National Sales Team.
- Enter data for each RFP and tracking the request status following up on RFP's on a timely and consistent manner.
