- Implement marketing/sales strategies/tactics; lead development and project management of strategic initiatives;
- Collaborate with customers and Syngenta stakeholders on seed treatment plans and initiatives with customers; joint Seed and CP sales plan development where appropriate;
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Agronomy, Economics, Agriculture, Marketing or related field
- Retail National Account experience within Agriculture Industry is highly preferred
