  • Good Neighbor Moving, LLC (GNM) is looking for professional and energetic Movers to become part of the team and help drive Good Neighbor Moving, LLC to the top of the food chain.
  • No experience with moving?
  • We’ll show you the ropes and give you the necessary equipment and training to look and play the part.
  • We’ll partner you up with an experienced mover for your initial training with Good Neighbor Moving.
  • You’ll never feel alone or left out of the loop.
  • Here at Good Neighbor Moving, we appreciate open communication and a friendly relationship amongst each other.
  • Good Neighbor Moving is based out of the Portland Metro area and currently provides loading, unloading, and general moving labor to our clients.
  • We are currently only operating in Oregon, and mainly keep to the Portland Metro area.
  • However, we are always looking to grow and expand.
  • Experience counts as 2+ years or more at a professional moving company.
  • Experience is subject to further details and possible references.
  • Tips range from $10 - $40+ per job and go 100% into your pocket!
  • Our Movers are frequently getting tips from our satisfied customers.
  • While this is no guarantee, it is a great incentive and bonus to the job.
  • It is not uncommon for our Movers to make $100 per week in tips alone!
  • Requirements for Application: Valid Oregon Driver’s License
  • 18 Years of age at time of hire
  • Working phone number and email address
  • Reliable personal vehicle for transportation to and from job sites
  • Physical fitness level that allows you to perform repetitive lifting, bending, standing, kneeling, walking up and down stairs/ramps, and overhead reaching.
  • Desired Qualities: Professional tone, body language, and grooming standards
  • Willingness to provide terrific customer service and strive for pride in the job
  • Open availability as some jobs may be last minute or infrequent
  • Ability to communicate respectfully and effectively amongst each other and the customers
  • Additional Details: Movers will be compensated ($) for travel to job sites.
  • Movers will be provided 1 uniform shirt, business cards, and the necessary equipment to provide quality service on each job site.
  • Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract
  • Salary: $14.50 to $17.50 /hour
