  • This position will report to the President of Genesis AI.
  • · Supervise the scaling and management of the machine-learning modeling pipelines
  • · Help implement machine learning algorithms and improvements for all deliverables
  • · Contribute creatively and analytically to the development of our machine learning models
  • · Handle various data engineering tasks, including moving data and models to production, tools for data annotators, daily processing runs, etc.
  • · Design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across a full-stack of development tools and technologies.
  • · Build and maintain CI\CD pipeline in different environments.
  • · Assist with update and maintenance of SDLC that the AI team will follow
  • · Support Client Managers with execution and delivery of high-priority and high-visibility projects as a client-facing subject matter expert
  • · Work with developers, product managers, designers, and data scientists to evolve our services to provide new and improved experiences for our clients
  • · Inspire, mentor and train development team on modern technologies continuously
  • · Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field or equivalent professional or military experience
  • · 3+ years (1+ for PhD) of consulting, industry, or academic experience
  • · Familiarity with machine learning (Deep Learning is a plus)
  • · Hands-on coding experience in the following technologies: Python,.net/Java, SQL Server, Flask.
  • · Experience with AWS technology stack (with hands-on experience with building data or machine learning pipelines with AWS)
  • · Track record of building and maintaining high quality technical solutions that often challenge the status quo.
  • · Sense of ownership and pride in your work, can do attitude
  • · Motivation to learn more and take the time on your own to grow your knowledge base
  • Experience with data wrangling (text/NLP data) preferred
  • Experience implementing the state-of-the-art in NLP/Machine-Learning
  • Experience with API design and development
